AMSTERDAM, March 6, 2026 – Stellantis N.V. today announced the appointment of Charles Christman as Head of Investor Relations, reporting to CFO Joao Laranjo, effective immediately. He succeeds Ed Ditmire, who has decided to leave the Company for personal reasons.

With a career covering a wide range of finance functions, including treasury, business development, and investor relations, Christman brings deep expertise gained across major automotive and captive finance institutions. He has been instrumental in executing large‑scale M&A and capital markets transactions, leading the transformation of financial services operations, and managing complex liquidity and financing environments.

Prior to this appointment, Christman worked closely with Laranjo for the past eight years, serving as North America Treasurer, Head of Financial Services and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for North America, and Chairman of Stellantis Financial Services US. Throughout his career, he has held strategic positions at Fiat Chrysler North America, General Motors and Meritor.

Christman holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Michigan State University.
