With just a few days to go, anticipation is building for AllFashion Sourcing Cape Town 2026, as South Africa's textile, apparel and fashion industry prepares to gather at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC 2) from 14–16 July 2026.
Hosted by Messe Frankfurt South Africa in partnership with Texpertise, the City of Cape Town, and proudly supported by Nedbank, the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (the dtic), The Industrial Development Corporation(IDC) and key industry stakeholders, the event will bring together manufacturers, designers, retailers, buyers, sourcing professionals, entrepreneurs and policymakers for three days of business networking, innovation, knowledge sharing and trade.
As part of the global Texpertise Network, AllFashion Sourcing continues to connect African creativity, manufacturing and international sourcing opportunities while supporting localisation, sustainability and industry growth. The event provides a comprehensive platform where businesses can discover new suppliers, source innovative products and technologies, gain valuable market intelligence and build meaningful commercial relationships.
The Industry Meets Here
Visitors will have access to exhibitors representing every stage of the textile and fashion value chain, including fabrics, apparel, trims, accessories, leather, machinery, manufacturing technologies, textile care, logistics and sustainable solutions.
Beyond the exhibition floor, AllFashion Sourcing has become recognised as one of the industry's most important business networking platforms, bringing together decision-makers from across South Africa, the African continent and international markets.
A key feature of this year's event is the Business Matchmaking Programme, which facilitates pre-arranged one-on-one meetings between buyers, retailers, manufacturers and suppliers, helping create meaningful commercial partnerships and new business opportunities.
World-Class Industry Content
One of the major highlights of this year's event is an expanded Fringe Programme, delivering practical insight into the trends, technologies and strategies shaping the future of fashion and textile manufacturing.
Headlining the programme is WGSN's exclusive Fashion Aesthetic Drivers 2028 presentation, providing visitors with an early look at the global consumer behaviours, colour directions, materials and design influences expected to shape future collections.
The programme will also explore:
- Sustainable transformation
- The future of South Africa's Clothing, Textile, Footwear and Leather industry
- Innovation through industry collaboration
- The impact of digital commerce and changing consumer behaviour
- Business growth opportunities through the Nedbank Accelerate Programme
Together, these sessions offer practical knowledge and strategic insights from leading local and international experts, equipping businesses to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving global marketplace.
Celebrating Fashion and Innovation
Visitors can also experience a vibrant programme of live events throughout the three days, including:
- Exhibitor Fashion Shows
- The Young Designer Competition Finals

The event officially opens on Tuesday, 14 July at 09h00 with the Opening Function and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, welcoming government representatives, industry leaders, exhibitors and strategic partners as they formally launch the 2026 edition of AllFashion Sourcing Cape Town.
