Pinetown, 22 April 2026. Innovation met mobility today as Hyundai Pinetown once again redefined industry benchmarks by hosting a historic live outside radio broadcast from a moving vehicle.
In an unprecedented collaboration with METRO FM, the largest commercial radio station in South Africa, presenters broadcast seamlessly and without interruption from inside the all-new Hyundai SANTA FE. The groundbreaking broadcast delivered a flawless, high-quality live transmission while on the move, marking a historic first for the station and the dealership.
The broadcast marks another achievement for the Pinetown-based dealership, which has built a reputation for innovation and record-breaking performance. Hyundai Pinetown holds a record for selling 300 vehicles in a single month and remains the only dealership within Hyundai Automotive South Africa, to receive the Global Top 100 Dealers of the Year Award from José Muñoz, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyundai Motor Company.
